Francés
The room size is aprox. 20m2 and it is located in the lower floor of Villa Tina. Room has a sea view, a direct access to the terrace, a double bed and a work desk. There is a bathroom in the corridor with a bathtub and a hairdryer.
Hernández
The room size is aprox. 20m2 and it is located in the lower floor of Villa Tina. Room has a sea view, two single beds that can also be combined, and a work desk. There is a bathroom in the corridor with a bathtub and a hairdryer.
Gil
The room size is aprox. 15m2. A room has a window towards the garden, two single beds that can be combined and a work desk. There is a bathroom in the corridor with a bathtub and a hairdryer.

Pool area
The pool size is aprox. 40m2. The pool area has breathtaking sea views, a wooden sauna, an Argentinian BBQ-grill, a lounge area, a dining table, two hanging chairs, and a water fountain.
Kitchen and living room
The kitchen size is aprox. 25m2 and it has all the basic kitchen appliances. The living room size is aprox. 70m2 and it has a dining table, a piano, a fireplace and a large sofa section.
Gym
The gym has a treadmill and an exercise bike (both NordicTrack), a punching bag, a gym ball, a weight lifting bench and a Titanium Strength dumbell set (2 - 20 KG).
Garden
The garden has palm trees, pines, bougainvilleas, cypresses, and other Mediterranean plants and flowers. It also has a covered lounge area, a water fountain, and walkways around the house.
Cinema and game room
The home cinema has an Optima 4K video projector, a DVD/Blu-ray player, and an easy HDMI-connection for any device. The cinema has two sofas, beanbags, and a winery. The game room has a pool and darts tables, a sea view and a direct access to the garden.
